How you earn points

How many points each of these is worth is set by PPG admin and shown on the activity or at checkout.

• Workshop attendance: earn points for attending a workshop
• Photo contests: earn points for entering, plus more for placing
• Photography challenges: earn points when the challenge results are announced
• Group activities: earn points for taking part in group activities
• Polls: earn points for voting in a poll
• Referrals: refer someone for a Pixavince course and earn a referral bonus
• Purchases: workshops, merchandise, and Level-Up enrolment can earn points — where they do, the amount is shown at checkout
• Manual recognition: admins can award points for standout community contributions

Redemption

• Redeem points toward workshops, shop merchandise, and Level-Up enrolment.
• How much of a purchase you can pay with points is a percentage set by your membership tier. A purchase is never fully covered by points, and the exact limit for each item is shown at checkout.

Each figure is the most points can cover at that tier — a best case across workshops, shop merchandise, and Level-Up enrolment. What a particular purchase allows can be lower, and the exact limit is always shown at checkout.

Expiry & Tracking

Points expire 24 months after they're earned, on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis. Your oldest points get used first when you redeem.

Once logged in, your current balance is shown on your Dashboard, and your full 24-month transaction history (including admin adjustments with a visible reason) is on your Profile page.
