Points are earned through workshop/event attendance, contest participation and placement, referrals, Level-Up Program milestones, and admin-recognized contributions. Point values per activity are set by PPG admin and may change over time.
Points may be redeemed toward event tickets, merchandise (when enabled), and membership renewal. Redemption is capped as a percentage of a given purchase based on your membership tier at the time of redemption: Basic 15%, Classic 25%, Elite 40%. Membership renewal may be redeemed up to 100% via points.
The points-to-rupee conversion rate is currently 10 points = ₹1. PPG reserves the right to change this conversion rate at any time, with reasonable advance notice to members where practical.
Points expire 24 months from the date they are earned, and are consumed on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis when redeemed.
Points are tied to your individual member account and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or combined with another member's balance.
PPG reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke points where: an associated order is cancelled or refunded, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected (including contest vote manipulation or referral abuse), or a membership is suspended or terminated for a Code of Conduct violation.
Points have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstance. They may only be redeemed as set out above.
PPG reserves the right to modify the structure, earning rules, redemption caps, or any other aspect of the Rewards & Points Program at any time.
