Membership in Pixavince Photography Group (PPG) is personal and non-transferable. Membership benefits, points, and tier status may not be sold, gifted, shared, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
Participation in PPG workshops, outdoor shoots, contests, and events is at your own risk. PPG, its organizers, and affiliated instructors are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment sustained during any PPG activity, except where caused by proven gross negligence on PPG's part.
By submitting photographs to PPG contests, galleries, or sharing them during PPG events, you grant PPG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display those images for community, promotional, and marketing purposes (website, social media, print materials), with photographer credit given where reasonably practicable. You retain full ownership and copyright of your own work.
All payments for memberships, workshops, programs, and merchandise are subject to our [Refund & Cancellation Policy →]. Please review it before completing any purchase.
Members are expected to treat other members, instructors, and staff with respect. PPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to the community.
PPG reserves the right to modify membership perks, pricing, tier structures, and program offerings (including the Level-Up Program and Rewards & Points Program) at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members in advance where reasonably possible.
PPG reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke reward points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the referral or contest system, or where an associated order is cancelled or refunded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of PPG's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
